1. The Charles Bridge, Karluv Most
This is where you can find statues of saints and the most amazing views overlooking the river. This bridge was built in 1357 where it has been preserved through several wars that have gone on throughout its history.
2. Prague Castle (Pražský Hrad)
The castle is our favorite place to visit when coming into Prague! It’s an incredible landmark where each year over two million tourists flock here from all parts of Europe – yes, this number does not include locals or residents living within a 100km radius outside of Prague either! The castle itself spans almost 70 acres where there are many buildings inside including St Vitus Cathedral and Golden Lane.
3. The Prague Old Town Square
Prague’s old town square is where you can get the best views of the city and also, where some of its most famous landmarks like Saint Nicholas Church, Tyn Cathedral (where we recommend going to see a concert!), and The Astronomical Clock reside.
4. Old Jewish Cemetery
Prague’s old Jewish cemetery is where over 12,000 tombstones are located in this cemetery which is no longer in use! This was where many Jews used to be buried back when they were still allowed to live within Prague’s walls – but now it’s just something that everyone should visit at least once due to how unique it is compared to other cemeteries around the world.
5. Wenceslas Square
Václavské Náměstí is another place where tourists flock from all over Europe where there are tons of shops, restaurants, and bars. This is where the famous statue of Saint Wenceslas resides where he was a Czech Duke who fought against paganism in Bohemia back in around A.D. 900s where his name has been used to describe both an airport and a metro station!
6. Dancing House
Designed by Frank Gehry (who also designed Guggenheim Museum Bilbao), the Prague Dancing House is known for its unique architecture where it looks like people are dancing on the side of the wall.
The Czechia Cuisine
The Czech cuisine is where you can expect to find a lot of meat in dishes where the food isn’t necessarily known for being healthy either! There are many ways where they cook up their meats where it’s usually cooked with vegetables, dumplings, or gravy. The national dish consists of roasted pork which goes well with really anything but mostly potatoes and other types of starches like bread or pasta.
There are also tons of pastries that originate from this country where some popular ones include cream-filled donuts (dobosz), apple strudel (jablečný závin), goulash pastry pockets (hovězí vedouci), potato pancakes (bramborové pomazánky), and potato dumplings with cheese (bramborák sýrem).

- Kutna Hora: Once home to one of Europe’s largest silver mines, today Kutna Hora in Cech Republic is where you will see some amazing gothic architecture at its finest during your visit. You’ll need about half a day here but trust me when I say that this place definitely deserves your attention if you’ve got the time for it.
- Bohemia Moravia: One of the best places where you can go on a wine tour in Czech Republic is Bohemia Moravia. It’s where that will leave your taste buds wanting more! Also, if you’re into spas or want to relax after a day out exploring, then I definitely recommend checking this place out, too – they’ve got over 30 spa facilities here with different types of therapies for whatever ailment it is that might be bothering you so check them all out while you have time!
- Vltava: It’s where you can take a short (or long) boat ride and see the city from the water, which is an experience in itself.
- Bohemian Paradise: If you’re into hiking, then this place is where you should head to! It’s where the highest peak in Bohemia can be found – Kralova Hora at 1424 meters.
